What do we do in Envirolia?
The company Envirolia S.L. collects the experience of 22 year of work in the field of design and manufacture of equipment for gas cleaning, heat recovery and waste disposal.
My name is Enrique Castells Estela
In 1998 I started my career in the field of designing and manufacturing facilities to protect the environment. Back then, thermoreactors, which have revolutionized the issue of cleaning gases polluted with organic compounds, were in their early stages of development, so I have grown with them. Since then, I have designed, manufactured, and commissioned numerous gas scrubbing, heat recovery, and waste disposal facilities. In addition, I have carried out repairs and maintenance in a multitude of facilities from many different manufacturers, which has greatly expanded my vision in this field.
I have worked for companies since 1998, but in 2019 I decided to create the Envirolia company and dedicate myself, independently, to enjoying this activity to the fullest, which I am passionate about.
- Another way of working
More than forming a team of people, we have formed a multidisciplinary team of companies that have demonstrated excellence in their field. We carry out the study of each case and design a project to solve it in the most appropriate way. We manufacture and assemble the necessary facilities and deliver them “turnkey”, with their CE certificate and meeting all the requirements for legalization. At Envirolia we carry out the process engineering, the sizing of the equipment and we coordinate and direct the manufacturing, assembly and commissioning work, so that the installation is ready for operation. This way of working gives us enormous flexibility to adapt to each particular case, since we can combine our means with those available to the client or with their local suppliers.

There are many values guiding our way of relating to our customers and suppliers, but we want to highlight the following:

We are passionate about our work and we enjoy it. This implies doing it calmly, without pause, but also without stress and haste that often lead to a job poorly done.
