We study each particular case from the origin and look for the optimal solution. This solution can be found in the source of pollution (avoiding the generation of the contaminant) or in the installation of systems that avoid the contaminants can reach the environment. Pyrolytic stripping
After different parts painting processes, the supports are covered with paint that must be removed in order to use them again. The removal of this paint attached to the metal supports can be carried out using a pyrolytic cleaning oven.
Elimination of VOC's
The volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) contained in the flue gases in an industrial process can be removed by thermal oxidation. This technique consists of heating them to a temperature high enough to cause their oxidation to carbon dioxide and water.
Liquid waste disposal
At Envirolia we are in charge of designing plants for liquid waste management. We do it by the most appropriate procedure for each case that arises: distillation, to reuse the used solvent, or thermal oxidation, to eliminate it permanently.
